Take the plunge to benefit the Mya Lin Terry Foundation and the Rotary Eye Rescue. Through Rotary Eye Rescue, every $2,000 donated will help give sight back to a blind person through corneal transplants. Before taking the plunge into the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean, there will be coffee, donuts, prizes and raffles. How it works: each plunger will be added to a list of plungers to sponsor. Through the sponsorships, each plunger can raise money for the cause. Every plunger will get a T-shirt, but based on how much they raise they could get more. Raise $250, get a sweatshirt, raise $500, get a beach towel plus the sweatshirt. If the plunger raises $750 they get a sweatshirt, beach towel and a bathrobe, all of which they will need after the plunge.
