Regifting Good in Deed Collection

Regifting Good in Deed Collection

We have been working hard over the last year to put together Giving Boxes. These Giving Boxes have proved to be a real incentive for making donations. But things are getting even better, especially after the holiday season. You may have received a gift you just don’t want. Maybe you received the same thing from two different people or maybe someone from work gave you a gift card you just won’t use. You could think of those gifts as waste or you could give them the life they deserve. The regifting Good In Deed collection is here!

The regifting Good In Deed collection is a chance for you to donate those unwanted gifts to people who will put them to good use.

Regifting

People frown upon regifting. It is the act of taking a gift you received, rewrapping it, and giving it to someone else. People frown upon regifting for a couple of reasons. Firstly, you are not appreciating the gift you got. Secondly, you are not caring about the person you give it to because there was little to no thought behind the gift. The regifting Good In Deed collection is the only time regifting is not only appreciated but encouraged.

What to Regift

There are all sorts of gifts you might’ve received this holiday season. The important thing is that you don’t offend whoever gave you that gift in the first place. These gifts could be gifts you got multiple of, gift cards you simply won’t use or items you can’t return or exchange that just doesn’t fit. The idea is simple, you know you won’t appreciate the gift, use it, or even wanted it in the first place. But there is someone out there who not only wants your gift but needs it. Clothing, toys, gift cards, these things could really make a difference to some people. That is why the regifting Good In Deed collection is such a good way to put those unwanted gifts to good use, indeed.

Regifting Good In Deed Collection

Giving Boxes are the result of hard work put in by Good In Deed® community members. These boxes are empty boxes with a special design. The idea is to fill the box with donations of any kind and then ship them or drop them off to charitable organizations. We will be using these boxes for this special regifting. We will ship out and drop off the filled boxes to different organizations around the country once they are filled. The best part is, it will cost you nothing since you you’re donating gifts you just didn’t want in the first place. Email us today at DoGood@GoodInDeed.com for more information on where to drop off donations or to become a drop off location.
